Great site. I'm a boomer, class of 68.
Love the music,  clothes, attitudes of  
the 60's-70's. Now my kids are
wearing bell bottoms. Cool. My sister
calls me her hippie sister--
old hippies never go away, 
they just groove on! 





These are going to be my downfall!!! 
Now I'll never get laundry done,
dishes done, house cleaned , 
not to mention NO SLEEP!! 

Love these sites!  Lots of fond
memories with some great 
new friends.






 
 I turned 40 a little of 2 weeks ago
 (this being Jan 1998),  and I have never  
 felt better about myself, who I am,
 and how I've grown. I like who I am now. AND...I
 tend to 'brag' to others that I like who I am now. 
 Some are happy for me, and others
 are jealous/envious. I could dish out advice to
 the younger generation, but they aren't
 (not all of them) capable of listening just yet.
 With age DOES COME WISDOM! I
 would say. My life is just beginning....... 





 
 Today is my 50th birthday. I've teased
 myself for the last six months getting 
 ready for today, so I don't  get too 
 depressed. Last week I looked in the 
 mirror and told myself that when I'm 
 75, 50 will look  good. :) That helped. 
 The other thing that's helped is 
 finding this site. Thanks! 









Thank you all for the effort put into this
web site! I enjoy it  immensley/never 
a dull entry. Memory Lane seems to
agree with me; and no shortage of 
memories here!

Hi fellow boomers! I am just waking up
to the fact that I am almost half a 
century old and Woodstock's been 
over for a while now.







There's alot to do here &
I just got started. Excellent!








Growing up during the 60' and 70's was the greatest time.
I have learned to be a great parent to my teenagers, 
remembering what is was like to have grown up in that era.
Growing up at that time, dealing with all the changes, 
has helped me to be friends with my teenagers along with
being their parent. I thank my parents for bringing me into
the world at that time. With the knowledge I have acquired,
I have been able to enlighten my children to become
better than their parent to keep evolution going in the 
right direction. 

Love to all the boomers. It was a great time to
experience all that era had to give.

generally everthing about the 50's and 60's.
